"How do I redeem a Gizmoplex gift code?"

So, you got a Gizmoplex reward code as a gift? Awesome! 

Here's how you can redeem it.

Let's start at the beginning:

1. Get the unique gift link from the gift-giver.

For each Gizmoplex gift you've received, the gift-giver should be able to provide you with a unique link that will add the product or membership to your Gizmoplex account.

2. Click your Gizmoplex gift link.

When you click the link, you'll be taken to the Gizmoplex.com website to redeem the reward and connect it to your Gizmoplex account. You should see a screen that looks like this:

3. Create or login to your Gizmoplex.com account.

• If you've never used the Gizmoplex.com website before – or our older website, which was at mst3k.vhx.tv – go ahead and create a new account.
• If you've already set up an account at Gizmoplex.com, or using the new MST3K GIZMOPLEX apps, you should have a login and password. If so, click the LOG IN link at the top right of the screen:

• If you don't remember your password, click Forgot your password? to have it reset.
• If you don't remember whether you've set up a Gizmoplex.com account, you can set up a new one now. If you find out later that you had one, the support team at Vimeo OTT can help you merge your other videos and memberships into your new account.

4. Click the REDEEM NOW button to claim your digital episodes!

Once you do, you'll see a confirmation screen that looks something like this:

You'll also receive an email that looks something like this:

Be sure to save this email somewhere that you can find it again later, since that "Start watching" button will always help you get back to this gift!

6. Click START WATCHING to view the gift!

When you click the Start Watching button in your confirmation email or in your web browser, you'll be taken to a page where you can see all of the videos and/or livestream tickets that you've claimed.
