"What if BackerKit says there's no survey for my email address?"

We know it's frustrating, but there are a few reasons this can happen. Here's how to get it fixed ASAP.

To access your BackerKit survey, click here and enter the email address associated with your Kickstarter pledge. If you made a late pledge or pre-order after the Kickstarter ended, enter the email address you used on BackerKit.

If BackerKit says there's no survey for your email address, and...

• You pledged during the Kickstarter:
  • Log into Kickstarter and find your "#MakeMoreMST3K Backer Number." (Here's how.)
  • Send us a message through Kickstarter telling us your email address.
  • We'll update your BackerKit survey ASAP to include the email address you give us.
  • Once we do, click here and enter the email address associated with your BackerKit survey. 
• You made a late pledge or preorder on BackerKit.
  • Search your email for a receipt from BackerKit.
  • Forward it to our Backer Support Team (kickstarter@mst3k.com).
  • Let us know that you're having trouble accessing your BackerKit survey.
